HustleX respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how it is used, and what rights users have regarding their information.
We collect personal information necessary to operate the platform, including your name, email address, and password when you create an account. We also collect user-generated content such as project titles, quiz responses, and AI coach conversations, as well as usage data including streaks, progress milestones, and AI message counts.
Payment information is collected by Stripe on our behalf — HustleX does not store or have access to full payment card details.
Collected information is used to operate and maintain the platform, authenticate your account, process payments, deliver transactional emails, provide AI coach responses, enforce rate limits, and improve user experience. We do not sell personal data.
When you use the AI coach, your messages and project context are transmitted to OpenAI’s API for processing. OpenAI may retain this data in accordance with their own privacy policy. We recommend not sharing sensitive personal information in the AI coach.
HustleX uses the following third-party services to operate the platform. Each processes data as described and is governed by its own privacy policy.
We use essential session cookies to maintain your authentication state. These cookies are required for the service to function and cannot be opted out of while using the platform. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is deleted within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure. However, no online platform can guarantee absolute security, and users acknowledge this risk when using the service.
Users may request access to their personal data, request corrections, or request deletion of their information by contacting us. We will respond to all privacy requests within 30 days of receipt and will make reasonable efforts to comply in accordance with applicable laws.
HustleX operates in compliance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Quebec’s Law 25.
