HustleX (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an online platform designed to help users explore ideas, skills, side hustles, and digital opportunities. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you should discontinue use of the platform immediately.
Your use of HustleX is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.
All content available on HustleX is provided strictly for educational and informational purposes. The platform is intended to help users discover ideas and learn about different paths they may choose to explore. HustleX does not provide financial, legal, investment, or professional advice.
We do not guarantee results, income, success, or outcomes of any kind. Any decisions or actions taken based on information found on HustleX are made entirely at the user’s own risk.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use HustleX. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the service. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet these age requirements.
You are solely responsible for how you use the information provided on HustleX. This includes, but is not limited to, business decisions, financial choices, investments, and compliance with local laws and regulations. HustleX is not responsible for any losses, damages, or negative outcomes resulting from your use of the platform.
You agree not to use HustleX to: engage in illegal activity; harass or harm other users; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other users’ accounts; scrape or systematically extract data from the platform; abuse the AI coach with spam, harmful content, or prompt injection attempts; or use the service in any way that violates applicable laws. HustleX reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The AI coach on HustleX provides general guidance and execution support only. AI-generated responses are not professional business, legal, financial, or investment advice. HustleX is not responsible for decisions made based on AI coach responses.
Your messages are processed by OpenAI — do not share sensitive personal or financial information in the coach. See our Privacy Policy for details on how AI coach data is handled.
Certain features of HustleX require account creation and a paid subscription. HustleX offers the following paid plans: Starter and Pro, billed monthly. By subscribing, you authorise HustleX to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
Payments are processed by Stripe. HustleX does not store full payment card details. By completing a purchase you also agree to Stripe’s Services Agreement.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until then. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
Upgrades and downgrades between plans take effect immediately. Stripe automatically prorates any difference in billing for the remainder of your current cycle.
If your payment fails, your account will be moved to the Free plan immediately. Stripe may retry the charge automatically. You can update your payment method at any time via Account → Manage billing. Your plan will be restored automatically once payment succeeds.
Refund requests outside the above policy are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at info@hustlex.co.
All content on HustleX, including text, design, branding, structure, and original materials, is owned by HustleX unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the platform without prior written permission.
You retain ownership of all content you create on HustleX, including project titles, quiz responses, and AI coach conversations. By using the service, you grant HustleX a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content.
HustleX may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service, fail to pay subscription fees, or engage in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your access to the service will end immediately. Your data will be retained for 30 days after termination before deletion, during which you may request an export by contacting info@hustlex.co. Subscription fees already paid are non-refundable upon termination for violations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HustleX shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of income, loss of data, business interruption, or financial loss.
HustleX reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the platform at any time, with or without notice. Continued use of the platform after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec, Canada.
